Cemeteries and crematorium
Situated in the north of the borough, Queen's Road Cemetery was the original cemetery for the people of Croydon. Opened in 1861, the graves are shaded by large trees and landscaped with shrubbery beds. The cemetery has about 50,000 graves, but there are currently no burial plots available. Burials may take place in family graves, where the owner of the grave gives permission.

October - March 9am - 5pm
No office on site.
