Gaming machines permit
If you operate a single gaming machine in a food take-away or mini cab office, you are required under the Gaming Act of 1968 to obtain a permit.
From July 2006 any take-away or mini cab office that does not already hold a permit will not be permitted to have any gaming machines on the premises.
