Organising safe events
If you are planning a public gathering, you will have to consider public safety. Public gatherings include:
- fun runs
- fetes
- country or craft shows
- school plays
- jumble sales
- charity or sports events
- any other public event.
Before you hold a public event, you must complete a risk assessment and send us a written notice. Please print out the forms below and send them to us at our contact address. This information will enable our officers to help you plan a safe event.
