If you supply us with details of all your lettings and cessations of tenancy, we can ensure that you are only billed for the correct periods of empty rates.
When you let a property, please supply the following details:
- full name of tenant
- date tenancy/lease commences
- date tenancy/lease finishes
- alternative address for tenant.
We would appreciate if you could supply a copy of any agreement.
When a tenant leaves, please supply the following details:
- full name of tenant
- date tenancy/lease finishes or is terminated
- alternative address for tenant
- confirmation that property is empty.
